M&B TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following are the terms and conditions for use of and purchase of products from keanes.ie ("the site"). We are the online presence of Keanes ("the Company"). Use of the Site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these terms, which may at any time be amended. Your use at any time thereafter constitutes your agreement to be bound by the terms as amended.

GENERAL

Unless you advise us otherwise your use of the Site constitutes your agreement to the Company replying to you by electronic mail for such purposes as the Company may consider appropriate. We value your privacy and we will not share your information. You can opt-in or opt-out of our email club at any time. You are always welcome on keanes.ie. It is our policy to ensure that all goods are supplied to our customers in perfect condition, quality inspected and properly packaged before despatch. The Company reserves the right to refuse to supply any individual or company and reserves the right to deny access to the Site. Each product that is sold on the keanes.ie website has an estimated shipping lead time. Products are subject to availability and delays may often occur that are out of our control. If your order is not available at the time of purchase we will contact as soon as possible to give an estimated delivery date. If no one is available to accept delivery of your package, it is at the discretion of the carrier to either leave the package at your residence or leave a notice advising you that your order is available for pick-up or re-delivery. Keanes does not accept responsibility for unclaimed packages. Any typographical, clerical or other error or omission in any literature, website based information, quotation, price list, acceptance of offer, invoice or other document or information issued by us shall be subject to correction without any liability on our part.

PHOTOGRAPHY

Every reasonable effort has been made to accurately reflect actual colors however due to variances between monitors, colors cannot be guaranteed. On occasions, there may be minor differences between the product's appearance in the photograph and the item delivered. We do our very best to ensure we accurately portray the product to you.

PAYMENT

We accept payment online by VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Laser card, payment must be made in full before the goods can be shipped.

SHIPPING

We endeavour to keep our shipping costs low. We know how much our customers love our quality product and how much they dislike additional costs. Our shipping page and shopping basket will advise the shipping cost at the time your order is placed. Our shipping page also outline the length of time your parcel will take to reach you. 

CANCELLATIONS

Any amendments or cancellations to an order must be submitted via email before your order has been processed. We will do our best to assist you with any amendments.

OWNERSHIP

All goods are the property of the Company until full payment has been received. This Site, its contents together with any trade names used by the Company are protected by intellectual property rights and permission is only given for personal use. Any use beyond that permitted may constitute an infringement of owners' rights and may be prosecuted.

LIMITATION AS TO DAMAGES

The Company shall take all reasonable care in packaging any fragile or breakable items. Our despatch team has years of experience. In the event that any such items are damaged in transit the Company shall be responsible for replacement costs of item only. The Company shall not in any way be responsible for any personal injury or damage to property howsoever caused. The Company shall not in any way be responsible for any damage or any indirect loss caused by products arriving late or damaged. By shopping online with us you accept these terms and conditions. 

THE M&B RETURN POLICY

Here at keanes.ie we are passionate about our products and service and we love satisfied customers.  We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. If you are not satisfied we'll be happy to offer you a refund or exchange on any merchandise that is returned in its original condition within 30 days of receipt.

Please note you will have to pay the return postage cost and our customer service team will advise you of this in advance of processing your return.   Returns are easy   Just send an email to info@keanes.ie with the details and we will help you to process your return.   Refunds will only be made to the original card of purchase.​
